ARE PETS ALLOWED?
A small dog up to 7 kg is allowed and is charged €30 per day.
Cats are not allowed.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING OR ADDITIONAL COSTS?
We would like to hand over the apartment to you clean and in perfect condition. After each check-out we carry out a thorough and intensive cleaning, for which a fee of €80 must be paid in advance. In addition, we charge a deposit of €100 in cash upon check-in, which will of course be refunded upon check-out if the apartment is returned without damage.
We will retain €30 from the deposit for any waste or dirty dishes that are not disposed of.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and if you violate this we will charge you a fee of €50. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace."
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you decide otherwise after booking and want to cancel, we will give you a full refund from 31 days until check-in, from 30 days you will receive 70% from 21 days 50% after which the full price has to be paid as we would probably no longer rent the apartment.
Changing data is free of charge at any time. possible as long as they are still free.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
If you wish, we can pick you up directly at the airport and drive you there. For this service we charge €120 for the return trip
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
The quickest way to reach the airport is by bus number 91, which leaves Puerto Rico almost every hour.
In Gran Canaria there are good bus connections to many places on the island that you can easily reach from Puerto Rico.
